Last year the company confirmed their many reviews of providing efficient, friendly service when they fitted new springs to my garage door. Unfortunately, one of the springs only lasted 9 months before snapping in the centre. James visited the same day, diagnosed a manufacturing fault, apologised for not having the correct spring in stock and returned at a convenient time later in the week to fit a new spring. All with a friendly smile and without charge. Now that's what I call service!
